Thumbnailr.io Launches Free Learning Centre to Help YouTube Creators Stop Losing Views to Bad Thumbnails
A free resource covering thumbnail design, YouTube strategy, and A/B testing, all in one place
[London, March 2026] Thumbnailr.io today launched a free resource library aimed at YouTube creators who are struggling with low click-through rates. The Thumbnailr Learning Centre is an openly accessible collection of practical guides covering thumbnail design, YouTube growth strategy, A/B testing, and trend analysis.
The site goes live with more than a dozen articles. Coverage starts at the basics, like getting your thumbnail dimensions and file formats right, and runs through to more advanced territory: the psychological principles behind why viewers click, and how to spot what's dragging your CTR down. New articles will be added on a regular basis.
“When a channel flatlines, most people point at the algorithm. Almost every time, it's the thumbnail. That's not a guess, there's real data behind it. We built the Learning Centre because we wanted anyone, whether they've been on YouTube for a week or five years, to be able to look at their thumbnails and understand what to fix.”
The Learning Centre is free and requires no account to access. It is available now at thumbnailr.io/learning-centre.
